Why, on my work computer, did I have to insert my Microsoft Office 2000 Premium SR-1 CD in order for this HTML editor to work? Very strange.

Yeah, you're the second person here with that problem, and a few people on the editor's forum have seen that too. Did you have Office 2k Premium installed?

Yes, I do have Office 2K Premium installed, both at home and at work. Here at home I did not have to insert the CD. Odd.

Yeah, that won't change anytime soon. The only way to reasonably do something like this is by using DHTML, and what's needed is only supported on IE 5.5+ . Trust me, I use Phoenix on Linux, I'd love to have it myself :)
