|About You:||My profile was lame. I'm going to try to make it a step above lame.
Interesting thing about me... I fence. Poking people with sharp things is fun. Pineapple is immensely enjoyable, as are mangos and strawberries and steak. I have learned that walking into a South Indian restaurant on Curry Row (6 st between 1st and 2nd Ave, non-NYers) and asking "So... I'm in the mood for something spicy... what's hot?" is a great way to immitate the feeling of swallowing a bowl of radioactive material. Chicken vindaloo is INTENSE.
Wearing a power suit, heels that make you 6' tall (I'm already 5'10", it's not a stretch), a shirt with cufflinks, carrying a leather portfolio, and having your hair pulled back makes you feel like you can take over the world.
One thing that I have learned in the not-so-distant past is the downward spiral one has the potential to fall into when you lose sight of yourself b/c someone is stifling you should not be mistaken for falling in love. I don't know what falling in love is like, but I'm sure it isn't that. It should feel more like floating. Not sinking.
Why didn't they call it flying in love?
