I could run with sound and video fine under win media player 9.00.00.2980 on XP.
(I only say that because a couple people said they didn't get video.)

Only audio for me on Linux w/ mplayer 0.90pre9-2.96 or with Windows 98 w/ WMP 7.01. Still a load of fun, though. :)

WMP (and everything else i tried) doesn't like this file.  any idea what the codec is? 

I tried a bunch of things and could only get audio.

Some people have had this trouble, notably Gella. I think you need to have the very latest windows media codec. Is that what worked for you Gella?

You just need the latest version of WMP.

The latest only works on Windows 98 second edition or higher. The latest also won't work on Macs.

Well, if you're running less than 98SE, you've got bigger problems. ;)

As for macs... hrm... lawrence? Paul? care to shed light?
