Wondering...

   Discussion: Wondering...
Lari · 21 years ago

Well, this is basically just some stuff I was wondering about.

Like those old school yard games people played like Miss Mary Mack...WHY do I feel like I forgot half of them?

Oh and remember those sitcoms "Full House" and "Family Matters"....did anyone but me notice that their theme songs sound strangely similar: "Whatever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paper boy, evening TV." and "It's a rare condition, this day and age to read any good news on the news paper page."

Well any answerings or fellow wonderings are appreciated!

Oh yes, I remember Miss Mary Mack. That was, like, the only one of those that I could actually do. A girl I used to be friends with in fourth grade was patient enough to teach me. I think there was one called "Numbers" that was harder. Actually, there were a lot. And I wish more kids at my school wre into jumprope songs. Not so many were.

As for Full House and Family Matters. Those songs were probably similar crappy crap because crappy Miller-Boyett Productions made them both. You know I still watch 'em when I get really bored, of course. {g} There's a big difference between crap that's stupid that I will watch (like those) and crap that's stupid that I'd never in my life watch (like Home Improvement).

Crazy TGIF! Remember, when they said it stood for "Thank God it's Friday," but then they switched it to "Thank Goodness it's funny"? Let's not bring God into this!
