I know what you are talking about here.� I don't necessarily understand it, mind you, but I find I'm in the same boat.� In my case, it's a matter of taking care of myself: eating right and exercising.� I know that burning more calories a day than consumed will result in weight loss.� Duh, right?� And that exercising will burn those calories faster.� I get that attitude of: "No.� I'm not doing it.� I'm going to eat what I want, when I want it.� I'm not going to exercise."�
Where does it come from?� I don't know.� But it's there.� Its very real.
