Of course, a bettter answer would have been "Tomorrow" but I'm not playing Gordon's games :)

There are a lot of contenders but one that comes to mind is the day my dad took me to my first concert, Paul McCartney. I was 13 and begged him to take me because I adored Paul so much. (Yeah yeah I know, I have a Paul addiction.)

Other days had more significance...but the age and impressionability of the Andrea then makes it stick as utter bliss.

I could go with my first day of college - my mom and i finished unpacking the truck with my friends, she gave me a hug and left....i pulled my cigarettes out of my pocket and smoked one to freedom. absolute freedom. no more hiding what i'm doing, no more of anything - it was stupid freedom, i mean, like a "yay no more�mom's house rules"�freedom, but at the time, i was ecstatic.�my first day on my own.

..yeah, so, i got blitzed and had to be carried back to my dorm room, so i cant say i did so *well* on my own, but i was still on my own, just like i wanted to be. :)

some are a little more personal, so i may have had better days, but..you know.

At the end of her name is a (tm) trademark sign. You're having problems seeing special characters. Get that checked.

yeah, they're there, but not nearly as often as you seem to be seeing them. it might have something to do with the character set you're using. are you sure you've selected the right document encoding?

Is it bad that I can think of a lot of contenders for "worst day," but am having a problem coming up with anything that really equates out to "best"?

I suppose that, off the top of my head, what comes to mind would be the day the CAT scan results came back showing I was fine. But that seems... I don't know. It was more massive relief than something that says "best day ever."

Eh, maybe I'll have something after I think about it for a while.

This is what I get for posting to "happy" topics when my brain isn't on a happy (or at least isn't on a thinking) frequency.

FRFF should count, but it goes back a bit in the equation because of the same relief thing as the CAT scan. (Which, now that I think of it, I mean MRI -- the CAT was for my sinuses and I was never worried over it)

And yes, now that I'm thinking of it, my most reccent trip is certainly coming up at the top of the list.

No, I'm not saying that because I was called on not mentioning it. ;-) Rather, because I honestly hadn't thought of trips at all when I posted last night. Like my trips encompass some other existence, that didn't occur to me to consider. *throws more stale bagels at self*
