I think that women in general have a difficult time seeing their own weight in a realistic manner.� We tend to determine our self worth in terms of the numbers on a scale, the size of our clothes, the amount we eat, etc.� We also recount our past by weight: as in, I weighed XX when such and such happened.� Men don't do this.
I have to remember that having a bad eating day does NOT make me a bad person.� So I'm in the same boat with you, Zil.� *sigh*� I wish I had some great words of wisdom that could make it better...because I'd LOVE to have those words for myself.� If I find them, I'll share.� :)
