Puppy joy is rampant. Mike might even like her a little (at the very least he's actually managed to be very impressed with how smart she is). You should see her trying to gallop - it's hi-larious. She almost never manages to complete a run somewhere without her hind end falling over at least once.

i'm such a suck for animals and small children.

my kitty does her own thing most of the day. she'll crawl into my lap when she sees me pull out the playstation 2 controller, she crawls into bed with me every night... when i forgot the window open when it hit -36F outside i awoke to find her sleeping against my side under the blankets. i wonder if it occured to her to leave the room for the rest of the warmer house, heh.

you're probably developing good mommy muscles with all your unconditional kitty love. it's really quite sweet to read about. i think i've been regranted my daily smile.
