I can say that, once upon a time, waaaaaay back when I first dated Bruce, knowing I'd have my OWN SPACE was very important to me. Now, we can generally figure out when one of us needs space, but then, well. It wasn't so easy.
I think that going into it knowing you'll have "me space" will help you adjust. You are moving to Ohio for many reasons. Talcott is one of them, right? And not the only one, I hope.
My thoughts onyour impression that Talcott may want the option of getting away. That's a possibility. Or maybe he's voicing the idea of allowing the relationship to continue todevelop on its own at a yet to be determined pace. Or he wants to make sure you have some space for YOU. There are a lot of reasons to have "me space."
Just my opinions, of course.
