A message that Amy Patrick asked me to pass along:
As those of you who attended the 2008 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival on Sunday will be aware it ended abruptly due to an aerial tornado. (For those of you who werent there: Tracy Grammers set was interrupted by 70 mph winds, golf ball size hail, torrential rains and lots of lightening
it was an experience but no one was seriously injured).
The folks in charge are still working their way through the aftermath. I am NOT associated with the festival (I just attend) but I messaged Anne Saunders tonight and asked if there was any way I could help. She emailed back and said that if I was on any group, newslist, etc. where there are lots of FRFF attendees she wants to spread the word that she needs surveys filled out. She says less than 100 survived the Sunday storm and some of them were illegible once they dried out.
I am hopeful some FRFF attendees might get this list.
So, if you attended FRFF 2008 please fill out a survey. I can email you an MS Word copy or you can go to http://www.falconridgefolk.com/files/FR08Survey.pdf and download it. Anne asks that you email the form to website at falconridgefolk.com (you all know where to put the @).
If you need an MS Word copy of the survey emailed to you feel free to email me.
