Reviews:

Katherine Reiner:

Uhh...hello? Amazing!

They're "killer" har har har. Sorry, had to do it.

mickey:

ah, yes.

this band. i say, i say. one of the best there ever was, and i usually only say that about blues singers and baseball players. i can't thank 'em enough for "fat bottomed girls", really.

Snow In Summer:

who hasn't tried to sing along to Bohemian Rhapsody? like in Wayne's World

despite the fact "bohemian rhapsody" has been ruined for me (imagine a high school choir singing it... now imagine me in said high school choir), Queen is still amazing. my *mom* introduced me to Queen. ok, not directly, but there were a couple Queen songs along w/ some Rush & the Who on a mix **8-track** that i constantly listened to when i was in grade 5 (1990). yes, my family was a little technologically behind. ;-) i still remember crying when i heard Freddie Mercury died.

Mike "Racer" Yoshioka:

*guitar solo*

Queen is one of those groups that I knew some of their songs before I knew those songs were by Queen.

not that you care:

i just found Sheer Heart Attack at a garage sale!

i was damned excited! i like Queen more than many many other bands who are not as good. Right, that's saying a lot... =) if all you know is Bohemian Rhapsody or We Are the Champions, etc.... LISTEN TO MORE! they are one of the best. EVER!

Mollie:

Really incredible classic rock!

Queen is incredible! You already love them, you know you do!

K-Lyn:

They are the champions!

Really...they are!

Lightning Rod:

Rock Opera on Crack

Wow! Once in a lifetime band! Brian May took Guitar layering and recording to a new level! His solo albums are good, but I really miss vocals! Freddy, while at most times hard to define, dripped with the love of life, and he's another gutsy singer who pulled off amazing stuff right till the end! There will never be another showman like him. For those of you who were lucky enough to see them live, I tip my hat to you! Vocal harmony and class to beat the band! The Show must go on!

Steph Strenger:

They *will* rock you

Queen has been famous since the 70's, and revitalized in the 90's (with the help of Mike Meyer and Dana Carvey). There has to be a reason they are still popular. Can you say "We Will Rock You", "We Are the Champions", "Bohemian Rhapsody", and "Another One Bites the Dust"? They've dueted with David Bowie, been parodied by Weird Al... these guys are fantastic!

bee:

rock that won't die

queen's music is awesome. who hasn't heard of we are the champions, bohemian rhapsody...come on, you know the other ones..... freddy mercury was a great performer!

Laura's way behind!!:

Bohemian Rhapsody

Ah, Queen. One of the best rock groups! Who hasn't heard at least one of their songs? If you love the Highlander films (and shows), you know they do the theme song "Princes of the Universe" ... and their album "It's a kind of Magic" is almost a soundtrack to the whole Highlander experience!

Karen L. Heimbach:

Classic Rock All the Way!! I love their greatest hits cassette - ESPECIALLY to hear Freddie Mercury sing "We Are the Champions" *sniffle* What a great talent - he will live on forever and still be singing all those great songs!!

Bruce Rose:

All of this and more. Freddie Mercury was a great showman and performer, Brian May.... ummm he was Brian May, it doesn't get any better than that. This band rocks. Pick any song on their Greatest Hits collection and follow it backwards.

Jody:

No one else rocks like Queen. NO ONE
