I downloaded this and used TorrentStorm...and it seemed to work fine. However, when I try to watch the clips, I get an error. I've tried with both Windows Media Player and Real Player. Do I need special software to watch this? The error I get in WMP is "error downloading codec". The sound come through fine.

To watch the videos, you need the XVID codec. You can find it here:
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/xvid.html

You'll probably want to just download and install one of the binaries, unless you want to compile your own. I believe I used koepi's binary if it matters. Hope this helps!
