Poll: Do you ever feel invisible?

Have you ever had the feeling that you are invisible? You know you are there but nobody else seems to be aware of it.

sometimes im with some people and i feel that way and i just leave and nobody sees me leave

I have - at least twice that I can think of - become nearly convinced that I do not actually exist. (Which eventually becomes a sort of brain-melty paradox of how am I aware of my nonexistance if I don't exist in the first place.)

Didn't Descartes have something to say about that?

Well, I tried to ask him. He got as far as "I don't think" and then he just disappeared.

wasn't this a subplot on Soap? :P when burt thought he was invisible?

he'd snap his fingers and think he's invisible. after Peter got killed and he was investigating the murder himself because he thought the police didn't care.
